Fitting in Exercise

Hi guys! I have been finding ways to fit in a little bit extra walking in addition to my regular workouts, or when I'm not able to go to my workout classes because of my schedule. I was traveling for Relay this weekend & had 2 layovers. Instead of just sitting there between flights I chose to walk for 90 minutes total around the airport, which helped me burn an extra 300 calories for the day. I'm really trying to be conscious of when I can walk a little further & feel like it's really helping with my weight loss. How do you fit in additional exercise to your schedule?
