Thank you to everyone for the accountability here. The weekly weigh ins are keeping me on track.
My body weight hasn't really changed that much, but my body has definitely been changing. I have been lifting weights so I wasn't too surprised that the scale didn't move much at the beginning. It looks like it has started figuring it out.

    Boo, had a bad week with cold and totm I just couldn't be bothered to prep anything last week.
    Hopefully better this week, even if I did get stressed out at the specialist last night, I was so mad i ate 4 cookies and a Bounty. I was still only over my allowance by 9 calories

    Weight 10/10/12 - 165.2
    Weight 10/25/12 - 161.0
    Pounds dropped - 10 (I say "dropped" rather than "lost" because I have no intention of finding these pounds again!)
    Pounds to go by 12/31/12 - 5 lbs in 9 1/2 weeks to reach 15 week goal weight of 156

    Sorry I keep forgetting to post my weigh-in stats. I think I may just make my goal, though!!

    Got a little off track with exams and work for a couple of weeks, but I'm trying to push through it and find the motivation.
    Glad my weigh in days are Friday, because after the Halloween party tonight I would imagine my weight to be a little bit higher. Haha!
