Good morning all - I reduced my carb intake yesterday and what a difference that made. The scale went down 0.8lbs and I feel better and lighter. I knew the carbs in my diet were the problem, but being a vegan I kind of go overboard on the carbs. Not any more! Today is Fire 30 & Sculpt 30. I will not be doing the Sculpt 30. I'm gonna substitute it for a different strength exercise. Not sure what right now. What's on your agenda for the day?

Yesterday was my official start day even though I have been practicing!! I did MUCH better on my coordination with the TF 30! Today is HIIT 15!! I'm loving this schedule because it's planned!! I also plan on doing my walking dvd with Leslie Sansone. I've been neglecting her since I got TF...LOL!!0

Great job on getting started Ms. LosinIt4Life!!! I like Leslie too. The time will go by quickly. I like the fact the TF has a schedule too. Keep us posted on how things are going for you.0

Afternoon ladies! Glad to hear you guys are doing so great on your workouts. Jacci I think I need to reduce my carb intake just a tad too. I take in 100+ a day and I don't think thats good. It's very little stuff in this house that isn't loaded with carbs, sugar and fat. I remember last week before they went to the store I said can you guys buy some veggies. They went to the store and brung home no veggies... I'm like you didn't buy any? They we're like you shouldve came with us cause we didn't know what veggies you wanted. -.- any wouldve done me good LOL. I've just about went through the canned vegetables. We might have like one or so cans left so it's been hard for me to cut down on certain stuff.
I had Fire 30 + Sculpt 30. I did amazingly good in Sculpt 30 this time. My arms we're about done bout time we got to the pushups. I had to them on my knees. Jacci + Jamirah am I the only one who misses the HIIT workouts? I see we won't have one in the month. Kinda sad. I might have to squeeze it in on my off day because I miss them LOL. Those are my favorties. I'm going to kill it in Zumba today. Planing on doing it for at least 45mins. Keep pushing play guys! You got this!0
