Hi! November 12th, we are kicking off the "Holiday Freeze" program at the Delta MSP Fitness Center. This 8-week program focuses on practical ways to maintain your weight during the busy holiday season.
* Monitor your progress with weekly weigh-ins.
* Start incorporating tried & true techniques for weight management.
* Learn to use tracking tools (like MyFitnessPal) to help keep you accountable.
* Plan your weekly workouts.
* Get familiar with accurate portion sizes.
* Include more lean proteins, low-fat dairy options, fruits & vegetables and whole grains into your everyday diet.
* Become familiar with caloric values of foods as compared with exercise.
The "Holiday Freeze" includes a supplementary tracking and goal booklet. Stop by the Fitness Center to pick that up and to learn more.
