Hey everyone! Happy Tuesday! It's recipe share day, and if you love broccoli as much as I do you will love this recipe!!!

Broccoli Cheese Bites

16 oz. package of frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained of liquid (or fresh steamed broccoli)
3/4 cup of fat free shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup of fat free mozzarella cheese
3 organic eggs
salt & pepper
1 cup of seasoned Italian breadcrumbs

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
With your hands, form small patties and lay on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake at 375F for 25 minutes, turning the patties after the first 15 minutes.

It makes about 4 servings. Each serving has 263 calories, 30 carbs, 5g of fat, & 24g of protein!
