Bluetooth Polar - WIN!

Got my Polar bluetooth today - OMG! Synced right up to my phone, then to Endo - no issues (SGH-T999 - Samsung Galaxy S3). Then I did a quick weight training, with the GPS turned off. It give you a warning, then went on to record. I recorded the calories burned (and this time they look accurate) and my heart rate.
WIN!
Yes it was pricey considering I just bought the FT7 not even 3 months ago, but well worth it in my mind. Now, I'm gonna sell the FT7.

Sweet! This could be a definite Xmas present...0 -
I have considered this since I started with Endo. I like that it has a user replaceable battery unlike the other on (Zepher?), but there have been a lot of people who had issues with it as well. I keep going back and forth on it. I probably will pull the trigger and go with the Polar, but would like to see how yours does after a few weeks of use.0

Just an update.... everything is working fine. I can use it w/ or w/o the GPS for tracking. The only issue is that the battery already seems to be at its half-life. Not sure, but I did open the unit to see what type and how hard it will be to replace. Not bad, wallie world sells the replacement (cr2025) for like 4.00 so not a major problem long term.
The one annoying thing is I wish I could store the Bluetooth Link code into the app, EVERY single time it links, it does ask for the Link code. Not a problem, just annoying.
And as I sold my FT7, (which they are happy with :} ) so I am a overall happy camper with the Polar Wearlink Bluetooth & Endo. *squee*0 -
I ordered the Polar H7 yesterday and hoping it will arrive tomorrow ready for this weekends run0

Finally pulled the trigger on one of these. I should arrive by the end of the week. Hopefully it works well with my LG Optimus Black.0

Received it today. Sadly I am too ill with a bad chest cold to try it out.0

Bummer on the sicky part - but in good news, I just upgraded my Kindle Fire to a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1". It has Bluetooth and low, after many updates to the OS, I got Endo installed.
And low.... IT SYNCS TO THE WEARLINK BLUETOOTH!
Plus, it's large enough I was able to make an interval training program for my C25k training (couldn't see the time slide correctly on the small screen of the SGS3) - the app I was using crashed twice now, so with these programs, I should be able to do the running via Endo instead of running Endo & a second app for the voice coaching. Let's hope it works right, I'll be trying it on Friday0 -
I am having no issues syncing with my LG Optimux Black. I need to get a bluetooth dongle for my tablet and see how well that works as well. So far I am quite satisfied.0

I have the interval training for the beginner C25K training plan set up on Endo. It has been working great... I am happy to have just the one app running.0 -
I am very happy with my bluetooth HRM strap from Polar. Generally it seems to work well with my LG Optimus Black. I am going to get a bluetooth dongle for my 7 inch tablet which I use as my interval timer when I workout downstairs. Hopefully it will work just as well. Then I can just use it.0

My only complaint with the Polar Bluetooth is that it eats through batteries very quickly. Now that may be more of a reflection of the quality of battery at a dollar store since the original battery lasted quite a long time. Having said that, at 3 for $1 at the dollar store of 1 for about $6, I will stick with the dollar store ones.0
