Okay, for hump day let's rev up our engines and get some pylometrics in with the alternating split squat jumps! You can do 3 sets of 8-10 reps or time it by doing for 20-30 seconds....your choice.

    these are a regular for me! this is a staple of my kickboxing classes (only a very insane number at an insane speed as part of a lower body work out....) i love them!

    I did three sets of 20 seconds each but it was pretty pathetic looking. Hoo dog that was rough, woof!
