Confession time – I had Fire 30 yesterday and barely got through it. I didn’t even give 50% effort. I went through the motions. The only positive thing is I got up, pushed play and did it. I moved my body. Even though today is a rest day I will do Abs & Buns of Steel with Tamilee Webb. I’m still working on keeping my carbs down and my reward is that I’m down 0.8lbs today. Looking forward to having a “1” in front of my number on the scale. Haven’t seen that since I had my second child which was 27 years ago. Oh my goodness, last night I tried Brussels Sprouts and I LIKED them!! I’ve never tried them ‘cause I don’t like cabbage, but I’m always telling my grandson (who’s 6) to try something new. So I took my own advice. I’m having them again for dinner tonight. If you want to get some inspiration, read the “Whats your current NSV (non scale victory)” post. You’ll have to do a search under Community.

LosinIt4Life – How are you doing with your workout? Are you taking a rest day today even though you started working out yesterday? I thought about you when I was working out last night cause I wasn’t getting the moves right. It happens to all of us. Just keep plugging away.

Shalla – It must be challenging to eat right when you don’t have the right selections in your house. You’re doing great though. “Steamers” work for me plus some are seasoned. That’s what my Brussels Sprouts were last night. I like the HIIT workouts too. Did you kill it in Zumba yesterday? Are you doing it at home on a gaming system?

    Guys I can not believe this. Last night they deactivated my account so I was forced to make a new one. I can not believe this! Gah ugh! I don't even know why they would do that. I haven't did anything wrong. It nearly killed me last night. I was freaking out like what! So I wrote them thinking I would have a response this morning. They haven't even responded to my email. :sad: I want my old account back like yesterday! :mad:

    On the flipside. Jacci I think that's great. I love brussel sprouts their delicious to me. & I totally agree with trying new things. As far as your workout at least you pressed play. Any workout is better than no workout. I'm excited for you to see ONE-DERLAND again. I'm fighting to get to 194 again. It's crazy how I was 194 last week and within a couple of days I shoot back up. I planned on doing Zumba on the wii last night but after the thing with MFP I didn't get to it. But before I found out about my account I danced with a Zumba playlist on Youtube for about 20 minutes or so. So I guess thats better than nothing right?

    Shalla -- What the heck? MFP deactivated your account? Geez. Very frustrating. Thanks for the words of encouragement. Even though you didn't do Zumba, you did move. Maybe watching your carbs and salt intake will get you back to 194. Good luck with that. I'm 6lbs away from "One-Derland"!! Once I reach that goal, you'll be able to hear me shout for joy all the way to Missouri!!!

    Yeah, I couldn't believe it! I was are you kidding me? It's weird cause I'm still receiving things people commented on for that page and when I tried to get the same name it said it was already taken but my account is deactivated. -.- -exhales deeply- w.e I guess I'm starting over eh? I'm going to cut down on carbs and everything for the next few days and see what happens. I decided to mainly eat fish, eggs, veggies, fruit and the last of my shakes for the next few days. My own little version of a 5 day slim down LOL. & I can't wait! You've come a long way Jacci and I'm very proud of you and glad to be on this journey with you!

    Hey Ladies!! I didn't get to post this yesterday. I'm still at it and lovin it!! Even though it was rest day, I still got in a 2 mile walk with Leslie because I'm made a commitment to do 60 miles in October and I still have 10 miles to go...sheesh!! So I will be walkin on my HIIT days and rest days.
