WEEK 7 CHALLENGE!!!!!

I want to apoligize for missing our Week 6 Challenge!!! I appreciate everyone being so understanding. And as I promised, I have delivered a GREAT Week 7 Challenge!!! There are several parts to this challenge.

Thursday 10/25:
50/40/30:
50 minutes Zumba - Morning
40 squats - Afternoon
30 crunches - Evening
Did not do good with the SUGAR today!!! Will try harder tomorrow!0 -
morning- 30 minutes of cardio (elliptical and run/walk intervals)
afternoon- 40 squats
evening- 50 crunches
I didn't do so well with my sugar today either Pam. I need to go grocery shopping for more produce! Tomorrow I will get the house stocked again. Good luck everyone!0 -

Thursday - 45 min cardio, 50 crunches, 30 squats
Friday - 30 push ups, 40 squats, 50 cardio
Sugar- all natural - from fruits. As good as possible.0 -
am- 30 minutes cardio
afternoon- 40 squats
pm- 50 jumps with weighted jump rope
My sugar was not so hot again today as I had to wait until tonight to get the produce I wanted. I am all set now go only have natural sugars (fruit) for the rest of the week.0 -

Had to take my son to iHOP as apparently he feels his childhood was not complete without visiting an iHOP..so yes, I did have some syrup on the pancake... ( and yes he was there when he was little, but as he can't remember he said it didn't count) So his life is now complete at 24. :laugh:0 -
