Logging Rushfit

Right now I am logging Rushfit as calisthenics, what is everyone else logging the workouts under?

I have a HRM and it has been working out to about 360 per the 45 mins, though the Fight Conditioning is about 4800

I log it as cardio with about a 400 cal burn. In a perfect world I'd have a HRM.0

I created a "My Exercise" for each of the workouts while using an "average bpm to calories burned" conversion and log them accordingly.
This - http://www.calories-calculator.net/Calories_Burned_By_Heart_Rate.html - will calculate this for you.
Now all you need is your average BPM through the Rushfit workouts, weight, age, gender and duration; voila - you have your log.0 -
Today i did the strength and conditioning and including warm up and cool down for 53 minutes it was 3190
