Halloween

So what is everyone doing for Halloween? Any parties? What costumes are you wearing?

I am going to a party on saturday and for the first time will be wearing a "sexy" outfit. The theme of the party is everyone must be show up dead so I am a priate that has been hung. One of my friends is going as Goose from Top Gun and the other is going as a "sexy" Dr. Kavorkian.

This year I actually wanted to dress up and try sexy...but I'm on call this weekend, my friends all have plans with their significant others and at work I'm in the only area that we are encouraged NOT to dress up :( Next year maybe I can try sexy.

Going to a party Saturday night, but no plans to dress up. The man and I have been so busy that we never had time to think up a costume. Making Skinny Tastes "Skinny Taco Dip" though, so I'll have something yummy to eat!

I usually take my boy out trick or treating .. but this year he has claimed he is too old to do that. He just turned 13. I guess that is about the age I stopped too .. until I turned 16 and it turned into the trick part instead of the treating ..lol.

We are celebrating my birthday this weekend with my family watching the Steelers game. But no Halloween for me.

On a side note .. I got my nails done last night and I can't stop looking at them as I type ..lol! They look so pretty! It has been a long time since I got them done.

My bf and I have a Halloween party given by friends of his--apparently they do it every year. This year, the theme is "scary movie" costumes--not very original, but guess they don't usually do that theme. So we are going as "scary clowns"--he as the clown from "Devil's Rejects" and I the clown from "it".........see how it goes

I tried to go to a party last night, but social anxiety had other plans for me.

On Halloween, I'm gonna pass out candy. I guess I don't really know of anything going on.

    Happy Birthday, Jennifer!

Well saturday I'm going to a party but its at a nightclub so I dont know if we are all dressing up. If we do I'm either going as a Flapper girl or a gothic zombie . Halloween I am taking the kids trick or treating and I will be going as Mom much to their disappointment lol. THey however will be a zombie hippie and a zombie ninja.

Going to dinner with the family on Saturday and then going to a party with my girlfriend, my sister, and her boyfriend. I'm going as a cowboy, Tombstone style. On actual Halloween probably just staying home and passing out candy to all the kiddies.

I just plain don't like Halloween. I was quoted on my first trick or treat experience as saying "why would, we go around to houses and ask for candy when we have our own??" guess I was never impressed. I was once punched in the face by a girl at a halloween party, the conversation went as follows:

Her: Why didn't you dress up?

Me: Because I don't like too

Her: You can be anything you want to be on Halloween though

Me: So you mean I could be an astronaut or President??

    Her: Exactly!!

Me: And you chose a *kitten*??

    Her: *punch*

needless to say, I'll be doing nothing for Halloween.
