What are you doing for weight loss?

what exorcises are you doing?
what diet?
how do you plan to lose the wight?

I'm doing a fast, I have been building up to it for the last 3 weeks.
it is going to be a 20 day fast, maybe 30 day, when I get to day 20 I will decide.

    I am watching what I eat and how much I eat.
    M excerise is (of right now) walk and standall day, my job keeps me moving 8 hrs aday.
    but I do like to do Kettlebel workouts.
