Weigh In - October 25

I hope everyone is doing well! I really felt confident going into this weigh in but sadly, no weight lost for me. It's OK, I'll keep plugging along. Doing real well on my goals so I'm feeling good about myself anyway! I have not had soda in 25 days!!!

    I wish I could say I had a great week, but I'm guessing my loss below was more return to normal after TOM than anything else. Yet it has me back on a down path, so I'm happy! Got in a couple of good workouts this week and working to keep that momentum going into next week.

    Challenge Goals:
    * Lose 10 lbs - Well, I'm back on the right direction, at least!
    * Eat 2-3 servicing of produce each day - still working on this daily!
    * Gym (or home workout - 2-3 times a week - Getting better, between gym and home workouts.

    Weigh in:
    9/27/12: 303.8 lbs.
    10/4/12: 303.2 lbs (-.6)
    10/11/12: 307.8 (+4.6 lbs - weigh in actually 10/16)
    10/18/12: 304.0 (down 3.8)

  • Hi everyone! I haven't been on MFP as much as I would like, but have faithfully journaled in my notebook. I've stayed committed, but haven't been online as much. I finally started reading the Fat 2 Fit book and have decided to try upping my calories. I'm seeing the losses get slower anyway and want to combat the muscle loss and lose skin as much as I can at this age. I am still avoiding processed foods and eating as cleanly as I planned. I have horrible PMS so I will just leave that at that. Have a great week y'all!

    Still strugling with my exercise goal but doing better with drinking water and mt weight is still going down and I'm feeling good which is the most importanat thing. not a big loss this week but anything is better than nothing.

    1) Be more consistant with my exercise, yoga & swimming
    2) Drink more water
    3) Lose 15lbs by December 31 so I can start the New Year smaller than I've ever been as an adult.
