100 Minutes Weekend Challenge!!!

OK!!! Here we go!!! Let's try hard to get in our 100 minutes of exercise this weekend!!! And also make an effort to log onto MFP ALL weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Let's log our foods and exercise to stay focused!!! And more importantly...let's support each other!!!! Have a GREAT and HEALTHY weekend!!!

    I mowed lawn for 140-minutes today, hope I can move tomarrow! At least its done and the leaves are mulched for another year. We only have one more lawn to go, we do 5.

    80 Mins of jogging and misc cardio
    60 Mins of stationary biking

    Still going to do my normal hour of cardio tomorrow.

    50 minutes Personal Trainer (circuit Training)
    50 minutes Step class

    150 minutes :)

    Woops forgot to post numbers last night!! Didn't quite get to 100!! I did do 91 mins tho.

    Fri: 10/26:

    45 mins Walk
    31 mins Couch to 5k
    15 mins Denise Austin Six Pack

    Total: 91 mins

    You still have Saturady and Sunday to do the other 9 minutes....which I am sure will be NO problem for you!!! You are doing such a great job!!!

    I walked 72-minutes this morning with mary, a nice paved trail that she showed me. The tempature was 32-degreese when we started and 38 when we finished.

    Friday- 30 minutes of cardio
    Saturday- 72 minutes of walking 3.5

    total of 102... today I had to get some work done and woke with a migraine so I didn't get in a workout. I did meet the 100 goal though! :happy:

    Carrielynn62....I know you ended up getting your 100 in! :laugh: I was with you for 72 of them and you mowed forever on Friday and even got in a Sunday walk! Congrats on meeting your weekend goal!

    Sat- 55 min cardio/yoga
    Sun- 40 min walking

    Sorry I was MIA this weekend, but i did get in my 100 minutes challenge!!

    Friday:
    58 minutes of plyo x
    93 minutes of yoga x ( yoga counts right?)

    saturday:

    31 minutes of turbo jam
    20 minutes of abs

    Total: 202 minutes!
