100 Minutes Weekend Challenge!!!

OK!!! Here we go!!! Let's try hard to get in our 100 minutes of exercise this weekend!!! And also make an effort to log onto MFP ALL weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Let's log our foods and exercise to stay focused!!! And more importantly...let's support each other!!!! Have a GREAT and HEALTHY weekend!!!

I mowed lawn for 140-minutes today, hope I can move tomarrow! At least its done and the leaves are mulched for another year. We only have one more lawn to go, we do 5.0

I walked 72-minutes this morning with mary, a nice paved trail that she showed me. The tempature was 32-degreese when we started and 38 when we finished.0

total of 102... today I had to get some work done and woke with a migraine so I didn't get in a workout. I did meet the 100 goal though! :happy:0 -
Carrielynn62....I know you ended up getting your 100 in! :laugh: I was with you for 72 of them and you mowed forever on Friday and even got in a Sunday walk! Congrats on meeting your weekend goal!0
