Hey y'all,
I'm toward the end of my second month of TurboFire and I'm absolutely LOVING it, but I haven't really lost any weight from it.
However, recently I started do TurboFire every other day instead of everyday and now I'm losing weight.
Has anyone else noticed this before?? Why would this happen?

You've gained more muscle which burns more calories daily. Give yourself some credit for sticking with it... even if you are doing Turbo Fire just every other day. Your much stronger than when you started, and you're probably eating a healthier diet thanks to myfitnesspal. Your body is a little machine... Go Girl!!! Friend me... I do Turbo Jam and P90X... I'd really like to get Chalene Extreme for my next round. I love Chalene too0

Hey! When I did TF I noticed the same thing - I wasn't dropping weight quickly, however I was losing inches! I realized I was gaining A LOT of muscle! I'm wondering if it's the acid (I think that' what it is) that builds up in your muscles from doing TurboFire so much and so when you have a rest day, it gives it a chance to work itself out? Maybe I just made that up
Either way... you go girl! Keep up the great work!

I'm almost at the end of my third week and I've been kind of frustrated with the scale (have only lost 1.4 lbs so far)...I wonder if this could be the reason? Hmmm.
Although saying that I think I would feel guilty not following the program. Almost like I wasn't doing enough exercise in order for my body to lose weight. I say this because my first week I burned almost 3400 calories in exercise alone and only lost .3 lbs. I know it's muscle, but still...I would think I would have lost more.
If in a month or so I haven't lost much more I may change to every other day. Thanks for the post, I'm glad I'm not the only one.0 -
I had this problem at the beginning of TurboFire. The first 4-5 weeks I didn't lose a single pound. I did lose a few inches, however. Now I'm on Week 10. For the past few weeks I have been losing 1-2 lbs per week. I have also dropped from a size 12 to a size 8, and have lost 9 lbs total since starting TF. I figure maybe it was the amount of muscle that I built during the first few weeks that prevented me from losing weight... muscle does weigh more than fat per volume, after all.0
