Dizzy with Deadlifts?

Hi, all~
Was so excited the other day to deadlift my bodyweight, but had a terrible time with dizziness and had to rest between reps. Today, I attempted again, and actually deloaded because my back is not feeling 100%. I ate before my workout (hadn't eaten before my last one) and concentrated on my breathing. Still got dizzy. Anyone else experience this?
Any suggestions/feedback are greatly appreciated-thanks!

I'm thinking maybe blood pressure issues? You might not be drinkign enough water for the dryness we have out here now - or maybe you drank a LOT more than normal because its dry? Also, what about sleep? Getting enough of that?0

Good point: I hadn't thought of that. Yes, very dry lately and no, not drinking enough water. Could definitely be part of the problem. Also, I take a beta blocker for my heart, but don't take that until AFTER my workout because it lowers my HR too much if I take it before.
Hmm...will have to try hydrating better before those deadlfits!

I have heard this is normal.0
