I started today the Insanity Fitness Test Workout and burned 175 calories
My current stats:
Height: 5'4"
Current Weight: 63kg
Goal Weight: 60kg
Body Fat: 29.40%
Here are my fitness test result:
Switch kicks - 35 (Each Leg)
Power Jacks - 40
Power Knees - 60
Power Jumps - 12 (from this exercise i started getting soooooo tired)
Globe Jumps - 6 sets (4 jumps/set)
Suicide Jumps - 12
Push-Up Jacks - 7
Low Plank Oblique - 30 (each side)
I'll try my best to update daily my progress on completing the workout and if anyone has started today with me, you could share your updates here too.

Hi! I started with the Fit Test on Sunday and burned 152 calories. (Felt like much more!) I managed to make it through the first workout. Plymetric & Cardio Circuit burned 314 calories. Intense workout! Day 3 today!
My results:
Switch kicks: 110
Power Jacks: 45
Power Knees: 80
Power Jumps: 30
Globe Jumps:7
Suicide Jumps: 15
Push Up Jacks: 21
Plank Obliques: 500
