I have had 3 pregnancies and weight gain was so different each time. First one gained 70lbs then lost 50. Second one lost 20lbs so weighed less after baby. Third gained 30lbs and lost 30. I am 65 now and have yo yoed up and down. A year ago I lost 45lbs but have since gained back 20. South beach has been the most successful. But emotional eating gets in the way. So now I am trying to overcome that. I love your idea about baby steps. Love to hear more
