I am a single-full time working mother, I am 100+ days dedicated to MFP logging as well as my own fitness journey. I have a goal to lose over 50lbs or round abouts and I am already down 21 lbs! I am here to support anyone who needs it. No matter how you chose to get healthy, doing it with your family, and for yourself it key!

    Well done you!!!

    My youngest is 8yrs old and she loves working out with me . . . she also knows I'm all good with that as long as I have room to do what I need to do! I'm doing Shred at the moment . . .

    I'm loving being fitter and healthier for my kids!!!

    My kids came to work out in the gym last night and the daughter said. Daddy, you're gettin huge. I said I know, I feel so fat right now. She said no thats not what I meant. She said you look like you've gained a lot more muscle since you've been bulking. We got home had protein shakes together,lol. They love my shakes because they taste like chocolate, peanut butter milk shakes.
