Making a healthy Thanksgiving meal

Hi everyone my name is Hope and I am planning to create a healthy Thanksgiving meal this year plus lose weight too. I will have to start planning early to check out all the healthy ways to cook various side dishes mainly vegetables. When i find healthy dishes i will share them with all those cooks out there:smile:

    Sounds like a good plan!

    My first food goal for this day is to make sure I eat breakfast, and try my best to either get in a BIG workout the night before or a regular one the day of. Only problem is that I'll have to be doing lots of cleaning during those times, and that's not enough calorie burn.

    Second food goal is to make sure I eat a salad first! Probably something very light like Spinach and sugar free raspberry vinaigrette.

    Third: Stick with white meat and good veggies

    Fourth: allowing myself one piece of dessert :wink:
