"Back Fat"

Ok - so....I'm wearing a strapless dress. It fits perfectly right now without any alterations. The only thing that I am unhappy with, it the "back fat" that I have whenever it's all laced up and everything. It's like a "muffin top"....but in the back. I also am not too happy about my arms. So, do any of you ladies know of any strength training exercises I can do at home to help target these areas?
