Hi everyone,

I just wanted to share that I've had a bad few days with my back, that's why I've not been on here so much!

I've slipped a bit on my exercising but I start my back rehabilitation at the hospital next week so hopefully things are looking up!

I am managing to keep my calories just about right though so that's something! The first week of doing weights and stuff, I cant believe the difference I felt just after one week!

If I can offer any advice its that you mustn't give up!

You can do 20 minutes a day of strength training and feel a difference within just a week !!!! Well I did anyway, until my back started playing up LOL!

    Definitely!! Never give up! Just do what you can do - don't go overboard; that's the important part. Take it slow so that you don't re-injure your self. You'll be back in stride in no time!!
