Hello My name is Shanell I'm 35 years. Losing weight has been a life long journey for me. I have been heavy all my life, after I had my last child I had, had enough and decided I need to do to this for myself. I go up and down, start and re-start I praying I stick to this time because I really want to be at my goal of 180 by next summer. Black Women Losing Weight has really helped me push and stay focused. It made me realize I wasn't the only one fighting this battle and it is battle.
