Starting tomorrow

Okay ladies let the torture begin :happy: So this will be the actual first time that I will be on a strict cleanse for 10 days. I did something similar before but I didn't last the entire time.
Figuring out how to eat for these 10 days is a bit tricky when you are so used to eating whatever you like, the hardest part for me is the no wheat. So my go to foods are eggs mostly hard boiled and a lot of the time I will try to limit the amount of yolks that I eat since they are high in fat. I plan on grilling lots of chicken for go to meals for lunches & etc. Quinoa and Brown rice will be consumer a lot during this cleanse. I am going to make make chicken fried rice without the soy sauce just brown rice, chicken breast, eggs and onions season with garlic and black pepper I will sautee in olive oil. (sorry if this is all jumbled I am typing one handed feeding my son :laugh: )
If you come up with any ideas for meals or snacks please post them...we will all need the ideas and support from one another. I will try to prepost my meals a day or so ahead so you can get ideas or let me know if I am eating something that is a no-no.
Good luck everyone as this will be a learning experience for us all. Out bodies will be thanking us in the end though!!

    OK, so I have to be honest. I am not prepared for this at all. Grocery wise or mentally. I will try to see what your diary is for a few days and hope to start a few days later.
