For me, it's Condemned: Criminal Origins. That game scares the holy hell out of me every time I play it.

I need to play these, have heard nothing but good things. I believe Nintendo owns the Fatal Frame IP now, so hopefully they'll make one for the Wii U, which would be awesome to use with that tablet.
Haunting Ground on the PS2 is also nerve racking. Highly recommended.0 -
I've been playing Amnesia: The Dark Descent, also with the lights out (and the doors locked). There's something particularly frightening about only being able to wield a dim oil lantern.0
