I'm aiming for 20,000 calories burned in November.
Added kicker: If I am either "in the red" OR fail to fully log my intake any day - that adds 1000 cals to the target!

Im in for 25000 calories burned. Burned 1350 Nov 1st, so 23650 remaining. I have a feeling this will be a tough month.0 -

Thur/Fri/Sat were 1170+959+1222 so 3351 burned so far into Nov.
Sisters 40th birthday tonight so hoping the 1222 will be enough to cover the partying...0 -
I've been sick the last week, and only easing myself back into things today. Managed to burn 500, and after that I started to get very weak and feel sick.
Guess I'll just have to really kick things up a notch once I'm back on form to hit that goal.0 -

Mon=650 and Tue=1032 but I was a naughty boy on Mon and was "in the red" after a beer or two so adding my 1000 calorie penalty it all means...

439 today, leaving me with 18289. With a wedding this weekend, and travelling home to Cork, I can see myself falling behind even more. Some serious work will be needed next week!0

Burned 1049 today (Wed) but ended up "in the red" so adding 1000 to the total.

Rethink required: Came home on Friday - BIKE STOLEN! Grrr. My own fault for relying on a smallish chain, I guess. This is going to be a problem as I can cycle for longer than I can run; i.e. I can burn 1100/1200 doing 80 minutes on the bike but a 80 min run; well, I can do it but I'll be out of action for 2 days after.
Also, this thing of adding 1000 cals if I am "in the red" - it works in principle having a "punishment" but 1000 is too big of a "fine".
So I've got to rethink my Nov goal. For now, I've got 8908 burned as of today. Managed 8k run on Sat and 5.3k on Sun so taking Monday as a rest day.
Also stuck fast on 217 lbs for months now. Starting to get annoyed.0 -
Between Thursday and yesterday, I'm down from 17653 to 16273.
I know how you feel about being on a plateau, I've been on mine since early September. Have you tried mixing up your workouts or upping your intake for a few days?0 -
