My total miles for last month was 68.48 miles. Just short of my goal of 70, but not bad since i've been taking it easy the last two weeks with a knee injury.


How did everyone else do?

goal for nov is 70 miles. I started work again after being off for 7 months so i think a good place to start with working 60 hrs a week is to maintain the miles.

Nov goals?

    576.13 in October (stationary bike) and did 400.23 in September.

    Hope to do 600 in November.

    I was 50 miles short of my goal. I had shin issues. But I have been fitted with a great pair of shoes and I will make it this month! Congrats everyone!

    Not too well. Fell short of my target. Only managed 275.3km/171.1mi (68.5%). Must try harder in November.
