Does anyone suffer from this? Has going gluten free helped? And are you also dairy free? Tia!!

    When I eat mostly gluten free and dairy free it goes away. I have it on my upper arms.

    I didn't suffer from it until going GF! But with dry brushing and a good glycolic acid cream, I keep it under control.

    Just started gluten free and I have Keratosis as well. Hope it helps.

    My kiddo still has it after being gf for three or four years now.
