Dave Glover on 97.1...question about his diet plan

I listen to Dave Glover and saw and watched his weight loss from his trainer at Powerhouse Gym. He spoke of a diet that was specific for him and the trainers there can design one for anyone. My problem is I live over the river in IL, No Powerhouse Gym here. Does anyone know about what this diet plan is and how I can figure it out on my own? I'm more of an independent person anyway.
