The first challenge is to eat as close to your daily calorie goal each day as possible. The closer you are, the more points you will score. Simply enter your daily calorie goal in the first column, and then fill in your calories eaten each day.
The second challenge is exercise minutes. Simply record how many minutes of exercise you have done each day.

Since my exercise cals differ from day to day, I will be entering my non-exercise cals for daily calorie goal. I just lowered my calories this week so this shouldn't be too hard to do.. *crosses her fingers*. I hope. lol0

I've entered my information for this week so far. Noticed that it says for the exercise minutes part of the challenge "week 10 part 1 Sept. 29th to Oct. 5th" though.0
