Less than 10 pounds to go!

So, this is where I always get stuck. I have 8 pounds to go until my goal weight. I have been hanging out between 2 - 15 pounds for 2 YEARS. No joke. Just bouncing around there.

So, I finally want to push this weight off! Any suggestions?

I eat 1,230 calories per day right now. I go to the gym 4x per week (please do not tell me to increase this, I literally can't...). I spend 30 min on the elliptical, about 15-20 doing abs, and another 15-20 minutes doing strength.

I am vegan so it's nearly impossible for me to go low carb/high protein.

Usually breaks down to:
50% carb
25% protein
25% fat

Any suggestions?
