I just read about this idea on another forum and found your group by doing a search. My target for a charm is different- input money in a jar everyday I keep under my caliries and everyday I do my Body Revolution workout.

What makes of charms do people buy? Don't want to spend £30 plus per charm like the pandora ones are but still want good quality.

Hi, sorry it took me so long to respond. I started out buying inexpensive charms from the craft store. When i hit 50lbs lost my husband bought me a tiffany bracelet. I have been gradually replacing my charms with silver ones as I go. I am up to 13 charms so far. Welcome to the group.

Can you recommend a good make of silver charms. Do Tiffany do them?

Just found great charms- yummy beads. Much cheaper but look good quality. I love the glass animal ones

After loads of research- decided I'm going for Thomas Sabo. Charms are great quality but not as expensive as Tiffany or links of London.

Wow, those are very nice. Pricey, but nice. I got silver charms from amazon, which makes it a bit more affordable for me for the every 5 lbs.
