Hello all....hope you all are on the right track....
My parents were in town and I didnt get any EXTRA walking in. I dont count the typical walking that you do during the day, I am only considering going out there for the actual exercise for the intent of the challenge, hope this clarifies some of the questions I have been asked. With it being the 4th, and 0 miles under my belt, I HAVE TO HIT IT HARD. My daughter is sick and that just SUCKS....She is only 19 months old so when she is sick....I have to be here to "cuddle" with her, as its the only thing she wants to do. However, this week I am hitting it hard. I have to make sure not to get behind on everything, especially since I am the group leader, lol. So forgive me for the late start so far, but am very proud of the miles that I see on the spreadsheet! THANK YOU ALL....WE CAN DO IT!

Jamie, life gets in our way--all the time! Just do as you can even if you have to break up the walking into 10 minute segments. I don't have a pedometer but you could measure walking steps with one.
Sick kids need their hugs and care, hang in there~0
