I am new to the group and fairly new to MFP. Last year I lost 60 pounds and have maintained 55 pounds until a month ago when I gained back 10 pounds. It was a stressful month with family deaths, family member with cancer and other illnesses. It is time to turn this around before the holidays get here. That isn't very far off. So I was glad to find this group. I look forward to having the accountability and encouragement from the group.
Here are my goals for the holidays:
1. Exercise 20 minutes 3 times a week.
2. Keep a food log daily no matter what I eat or how much I eat.
3. Weight loss of 4-5 pounds by the end of the year.
My last weigh in was 10/29/12 and I was 266.3.
