In addition to the defaults I am also following iron and calcium. Because we eat a semi-vegetarian diet at home I'm always looking at my iron levels. Lately I haven't been getting a %100 percent in my daily needs but I'm working on it! What are you following and how are you doing!?

Iron is a good one to follow because it is not water soluble, meaning you don't pee excess out and you can get sick from too much....
Any vitamin that you can't pee out should be watched in the "reports" section (Vitamin A)
Unfortunately fat soluble vitamins D, E & K aren't monitored here so you'll kinda have to watch that on your own.
Oh... and to answer your question... lol... (squirrel!!!) I monitor calories, carbs, fat, protein, cholesterol and calcium.
Calories - because that's the most important to stay in line with....
Cholesterol - because having too much really REALLY can wreak havoc on your body systematically....
Calcium - because we women need to watch that.0
