    Hi Paul!

    Started here in January 2011 weighing 149.2 - reached goal in June 2011. So far 20112 has been a disaster weight-wise...........loads of family celebrations and a recent 2-week cruise have led to my current weight of 155.7 :noway:

    Back at it with a vengeance, with a little help from my friends at the Better Body shop in Bat & Ball......we can do this!
