Anyone have good results or ANY experience at all with intermittent fasting while doing CrossFit?

My boyfriend/coach did it non-paleo for about 3 months and went from 220 to 180, but personally I couldn't do it. Another coach at our gym does it paleo for like 3 weeks at a time (hence INTERMITTANT), and has also had success. For both of them the important thing was to ease into it - pushing back meals about an hr each day.0
