Am I the only person that can only do half of what they do on the video? My blood is pumping and im sweating but I just feel like i'm not able to do things for half as long as they do.. I've never been an athlete, but I guess its just frustrating cuz I'm on week 2 day 2 and from what i've read about Month 2 i'm afraid I wont be strong enough or whatever to get through it. Please tell me there are some insane, out of shape people out there, trying to do this anyway? I've made great accomplishments in my weighloss journey by doing other workouts and stuff with a personal trainer and such but those seem like childs play when it comes to INSANITY!

Nobody can do like they do (well unless you're a fitness expert like them or did it 4 times already.
Even Shaun T's saying it...Take breaks.... do what you can.
Follow the forms,do it well, push yourself to your limits and take breaks when needed....
You will succeed as much.... I was burning 800-900 cal at first (was dead tired, pumping cardio like crazy)..
Now I burn less cause my body takes a lot more to pump as much cardio.... I can last longer etc... I have 6 days left in the program and I improved so much with it. lots inches, weight, gain flexibility etc...
You're not alone...We all suffer and we can't do like they do.
Just do your best, do as many as you can and forget the rest.
Keep it up, you'll be fine

Even on some of the simpler moves like the 1-2-3 Heisman I'm nowhere near keeping up with their pace. I'm physically moving as fast as I can, but there's no way I can keep up with them on the video, so I don't try. Push yourself, do what you can, but be safe about it. Most of the workouts I've been managing to not full out stop for water anymore (still in week 3, from what I'm hearing month 2 will be a different story), but there's times (pretty frequently) where my body can't keep up, so I modify things a bit.
My legs are shot half way through power Jacks, slow down a bit and do regular jumping jacks,
mountain climbers kicking your *kitten*, lower your knees and jog a bit with the arm movements...
I'm still not sure what the best way to handle level 1 / 2 drills is. I've been doing as much of it as I can to keep pace with how Shaun T is calling out the moves, but I always wonder if it would be better to just complete the whole thing in my pacing rather than cut short the pushups to keep up with their speed.
Its definitely hard, but its supposed to be hard. Its a 60 day program that will make a pretty big improvement in your health, conditioning and body composition. When I'm tired I just think about how long it would take me to get similar results by doing something else and push through.0 -
Don't worry about that. Go as fast as YOU can. It wasn't until the end of month one that I could actually keep up with their speed. Now that I am in month two, it's like going back to the beginning. It's tough, but you will be ready for it when you get there. Just do what you can and keep doing it.
Most people drop out in the first two weeks. If you can just keep pressing play, you will make it. I promise.0 -
Thanks yall! Glad i'm not the only one.. I just feel like I only do half of what they are but I guess if my bloods pumping and im sweating then I'm making some kind of improvement. I wish I had a calorie counter.. cant afford one right now so Im not sure how much I'm actually burning, hopefully a decent amount!0

It was not that much I hoped for.. My HRM says that it is between 220 cals(fit test) and 550 cals (pure cardio&cardio abs)
But it felt like 1000 cals!0
