Blister Problems?

Hi everyone! Hope everyone is doing well with the challenge so far. I'm really glad to be doing this (having an end goal & accountability really help me with working out).

Has anyone had problems with blisters or anything else that makes it so you almost can't log in miles? I got in a nice 7 mile run on Monday but also got a huge blister on the bottom of my right foot. I've been using a blister treatment bandaid but wondering if anyone knows of any other quick fix treatments? I really don't want to skip my run today but I'm thinking I may need to take a day off to heal. :(

I switched shoes after I had blister problems all of a sudden from my FAVORITE pair of shoes. I would suggest taking the day off to heal it up and see if it gets better from there. Wish I could help out more :(

Blisters are painful! Let the air get to your feet to dry out the blisters. You might try thin dry fit socks or my fav, Smart Wool socks. You can get them cheaper on Sierra Trading Post on line. The soft wool cushions the feet and allows air to circulate.

Good luck, blisters make running difficult!
