OK, I know I'm not the only person here getting the "invitations" to join the Stronglifts Inner Circle. Has anyone gone forward with that? Any feedback?

    No, because you have to pay for the privilege like any other programme. Cannot recall the cost. Am saving for new gym membership next year and some other stuff so do not have the extra cash at the mo...not sure I would go ahead with it even if I did....

    No, not worth the money to me. Its basically just paying to get access to the forums. I'm sure they are helpful but since I have other sources of help available to me for free I haven't felt it made sense.

    Medhi's requests bug me so much. I hate how he insists on your answers and replies. I wouldn't join the inner circle. There is much help here on this group AND it is for women. Unlike his male directed approach, I like to know what other women are achieving and what kind of results they are getting. Don't get me wrong, I love the workouts, just not a fan of him. :)

    I have this vision of the inner circle being some sweaty jock filled circle jerk type affair - SL doesn't strike me as woman friendly at all. I think you'd be tolerated at best. Of course, I could be being horribly ungenerous but I'd rather not waste the cash....
