Put Old Navy workout pants in the dryer?

When I was a lot fatter, I never put any of my clothes in the dryer -- it was just too hard to find clothes for a tall, fat girl, and I didn't have the time or money to shop for replacements for dryer-shrunk clothes.

I just bought some tall Old Navy workout pants. Never had anything as nice as this before for the gym. So here is my question: is it OK to put these pants in the dryer? Or will they shrink?

I always hang mine up to dry, they may not shrink but I am scared to try it. It is hard to find good fitting long workout pants

Are they the compression pants? If so I've put two pairs in the dryer (a few times a week for months now) and they look identical to my brand new ones (except my new ones are 2 sizes smaller yay!)

I never Old Navy pants in the dryer. i suppose if you kind of stretch them a little first and use low heat, it might be okay. Old Navy clothes are super cute but are not the highest quality and will shrink. At least that is my personal experience.
