Sorry team I will do better next week. We had my daughters family home this weekend and I just started helping an elderly friend with shopping, laundry,and doctors appt. and need to get organized so I can get more workouts in. I will be spending at least an hour a day with her and 2-days a week it will be 4-5 hours a day.I just need to figure it out.She has been like family for years and I have known her for 26-years. My family and I Love her and think of her as grandma.Blessings to all of you !!!0 -
