Pace yourself

Good morning
Great progress appearing on our charts on the wall at work!

You might notice that when you get to the end of the day you realize 'oops i'm WAY over or under on a calorie count, water intake, etc... No worries.....(my mama used to say "Tomorrows another day" :)

Focus today on pacing yourself. Really get in tune with how that effects your energy level. I think you will like how you feel.
