Baby Questions

Hi ladies!
Friends and family around me are all in the business of making babies lately. It's very exciting and I am very happy for every single one of them.
Fertility rate is much lower due to PCOS and that's kind of a tough reality to live with. However, I was doing some online research that has me very sad and wondering if I even want to try... It said that 45% of PCOS women miscarry. I know it's a very tender and personal question, but does anyone know how true these stats really are?
An extra side note, I am truly sorry for anyone that has dealt with any sort of loss.
