Happy Friday!!

So another week is gone and I know weigh in at 143.2 a loss of.........0.6 pounds! Every week it's the same ha! Happy with that :happy:

    I'm currently on vacation, so I can't weigh in this week - but I'll see you all next week, hopefully reporting a loss! :D

    I weighed in at 136.6... same as last week. Didn't gain at least! Working towards a 2 pound loss for next Friday!

    I am doing a no weigh for November so I dont know what my weight is, so forgot about this thread yesterday.

    Keep up the good work guys I am hoping to post a lovely downward trend at the end of this month but will check in in the meantime as its nice to catch up!
