First Weeks Weigh In

Hey guys, I know you guys will probably all be weighing in on different days. Friday is my day, it's always the one that's most successful since I am generally pretty good during the week and since I have my cheat meal on Saturday or Sunday usually.
So I am going to be posting my weigh ins on Fridays and feel free to use this topic for week one for whatever day you weigh in (or weighed in) this week!
So this week I am one pound down! Anyone else have success? Need encouragement?

Yay I was just coming in to post. I weigh everyday LOL but Friday is my weigh in too!

I lost 3 lbs this week!!!! I know it was a good week. Ive had ALOT of bad weeks so it evens out!0 -
I Weighed in this morning @ 154.4 lbs. I have gained 2lbs in the last few weeks due to my poor eating habits. Im kinda chilling out for now, but I still want to lose some weight. Im 5'4 and my goal is 135lbs.0

I had a weekend binge-a-thon which turned into today too so i'll be starting off tomorrow nice and fresh. Last week when this challange was started I was 162.6, i'll let you all know tomorrow what my weight is.0

I gained 2 lbs since 11/5...:(
I didn't have a good weekend though, and this usually happens the Monday after. Hopefully I will get back to 176 by mid-week, and lose on from there! (Maybe I should weigh in Fridays too...)0 -
Yea thats why I like Fridays! I gained about 1.5 pounds this weekend! I know that if I eat clean I'll be back to normal by Wednesday and then by Friday I know if I lost more or no LOL. SO it works out.0
