I signed up, a while ago, for a message forum called, I think, "DailyStrength" or something to that effect.
I was looking for a place to discuss the spinal problems I had and see if I could find other people in my shoes; I run, I do mud runs, I do weight loss, cross train, I get depressed often, my spinal pain brings me down, far, it and my depression feed each other in feedback loops of negativity that, if I were a Christian, would stop me from fearing hell. I didn't mean that to be offensive; just descriptive... The pain gets bad.
I still run through all weather and still do obstacle courses.
And yes! It hurts! Like you wouldn't believe!
Who knows? I'm just glad to have found a group that doesn't appear to be a bunch of people wanting to send me prayers, hugs, cat pictures etc.
Or maybe this group is.![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
The description did it for me... I'm already in severe pain - why would I want to suffer along with that?
