    I agree with ya !! Let's keep encouraging each other to ROCK out 100 miles this month. We all can do this ... I fell a bit behind on my goal this past week because I was traveling, but it's time to play catch up.

    Did a spin class at the Y today ... so day off .. but a great class. Back at 'er tomorrow morning in the chilly temps here to get my run in! See ya tomorrow ... keep on movin'!
