Week 11 (10th Nov)

Sorry this is a bit late but there are two challenges this week one is physical and one is mental

1. This first challenge might be a bit difficult but try and do as much of this workout as you can each day of the week. I have done it a bit before and some of you may have also tried it so feel free to do a different level etc...

2. Since we are now over half way through the challenge I though we needed some time to reflect so this is the mental challenge. Write out your goals for your own personal journey. How you want to go about them? What you want from this? The non food reward you are going to give yourself when you reach certain things for trying your hardest. Also write out an inspiration quote that can keep yourself motivated for some time at least. Be it something you come up with yourself or something you have read. Post this where you see it daily or many times a day to remind yourself. If you want to share with us great as well. Who knows you may help motivate someone else.

"When you feel like quitting... Think about why you started"

"To get something you've never had, you must do what you've never done"

When I'm not feeling like exercising I remember this one...

"You'll never regret a workout that you do" (or something along those lines)

I love quotes! I post them on the wall around my treadmill.

This will be a challenge for me with my artificial knees. I'll give it a try and like you said I will do what I can.

This is a quote that I love because I had to apply it to my own life when it came to my lifestyle.

"The definition of stupidity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." Albert Einstein

I know I am not a stupid person, therefore, I needed to and have changed my actions. I take care of myself now and will continue to do so.

Wow - done 30ds for 4 days out of 5 this week (the day off was a rest day as I was shattered!).

Hope people are doing well - in general, not necessarily with the 30ds challenge. I notice the spreadsheet isn't up to date again though - or is it just me?!
