Hair loss

I'm just over three months post-RNY and I've noticed more hair than usual in the sink. I'm getting in 60+ grams of protein daily and I'm taking my vitamins. I still have a lot of problems with solid foods, though. It has been just this past week that my hair seems to be "shedding". Anyone else have this problem? If so, any suggestions on what I should do?

    I was told to just make sure to get all the protein in--might up it to 80 or more. For hair loss, you can also try adding biotin. It helps.

    Thank you! I'll try the biotin and upping my protein. :smile:
